Jeremy Whipple
Jeremy is a retired Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant with 25 years of leadership experience with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. He is a career coach focused on developing leaders through purposeful career planning and transition. Throughout his law enforcement career, he served as a Patrol Supervisor, Field Training Officer, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and one of the founders of the Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, mentoring personnel in high-pressure environments and complex operational settings. As a Lieutenant, Jeremy led patrol operations, professional standards, training, and personnel functions, giving him deep insight into performance, accountability, and leadership development. He also served on the Oregon State Sheriffs’ Association advisory group, helping shape statewide tactical training curriculum for all 36 Oregon Sheriff’s Offices. Today, Jeremy advises professionals and organizations on leadership growth, career strategy, and long-term success, drawing on decades of real-world leadership and coaching experience.
Ron began his career as a public school teacher and coach. Teaching Industrial arts and building construction, and coaching Football and wrestling. After 9 years, Ron left teaching and entered into full time ministry. Ron is now a retired Pastor with 40 years of vocational ministry experience.
The founder and President of Helping Hands International Inc. HHI is a 21 year non-profit organization that focuses on sending relief teams around the world to aide hurting people.
Ron is also a certified Chaplain through the U.S. Chaplain Corps with an emphasis on Psychological First Aide. Being a retired 15 year first responder for the National Ski Patrol is also part of Ron’s experience.
